Overview
Resistance spot welding joins overlapping sheets by passing high current through two electrodes. Robots carry the weld gun to each spot with consistent position, pressure and timing.
We build stand-alone spot-welding stations and multi-robot lines with fixtures, part feeding, gun changers, tip dressers and quality monitoring.
How It Works
- Fixtures locate the sheet-metal parts
- The robot moves the servo gun to each spot programmed from CAD data
- The weld controller manages current, time and force
- Tip dressing keeps electrode quality stable
- Monitoring flags spots that fall outside limits
