Overview
A robotic palletizer stacks boxes, bags, crates or layers onto pallets in programmed patterns at the end of a production line. Depalletizing robots do the reverse, feeding lines from full pallets.
Zhiyan supplies the robot, gripper, conveyors, pallet dispensers, stretch wrapper interface, safety scanners and a friendly pattern-setup screen.
How It Works
- Products arrive on a conveyor and are positioned at the pick point
- The robot picks single items or layers with a suited gripper
- Palletizing software calculates stacking patterns and weights
- Full pallets are removed by forklift, conveyor or AGV
